Description

The PE1524 low noise amplifier is designed for

applications within the 2 to 18 GHz frequency range.

High efficiency operation is achieved by using low-

noise GaAs PHEMT devices. This amplifier is a cost

effective solution that offers typical performance of 21

dB gain, 1 dB gain flatness and a 3.5 dB noise figure.
