ENA

DIS

Bias and modulation output enable (TTL/CMOS). Logic HIGH for normal operation.

Bias and modulation output disable (TTL/CMOS). Logic LOW for normal operation.

BIAS_MON

Bias monitor. Connect a resistor between this pin and V_CCto monitor bias current. Connect to V_CCif not used.

MOD_MON

Modulation monitor. Connect a resistor between this pin and V_CCto monitor modulation current. Connect to

V_CCif not used.

FAIL

Mean power control failure indicator (TTL/CMOS). Goes LOW when control loop is no longer able to maintain

constant current at PD.

OCA

GND

BIAS

V_CC

Over-current alarm (TTL/CMOS). Goes LOW when I_BIASexceeds the preset bias current limit.

Ground.

Laser bias current output.

Power supply.

OUT+

OUT-

GND_A

Positive modulation current output. Sinks current when D_INis HIGH.

Negative modulation current output. Sinks current when D_INis HIGH.
