Bias and modulation output enable (TTL/CMOS). Logic HIGH for normal operation.  
Bias and modulation output disable (TTL/CMOS). Logic LOW for normal operation.  
BIASMON  
Bias monitor. Connect a resistor between this pin and VCC to monitor bias current. Connect to VCC if not used.

MODMON  
Modulation monitor. Connect a resistor between this pin and VCC to monitor modulation current. Connect to  
VCC if not used.

FAIL  
Mean power control failure indicator (TTL/CMOS). Goes LOW when control loop is no longer able to maintain  
constant current at PD.
