Features
General Description
• 3.3V operating voltage
The HT82V47 is a fully integrated device for CIS
imaging applications. It features a high performance
16-bit 4-channel 60MSPS analog signal processor to
sample and condition the outputs of CIS (Contact Image
Sensor) array for high speed scanner applications.
• Up to 60MSPS for 4-channel inputs
• Support cascade mode for up to 8-channel inputs
• Support line-by-line operation
• 7-bit programmable gain amplifier
• 8-bit programmable offset adjustment
• 6-bit programmable reference bias
• 8/4-bit multiplexed for 16-bit data output
• Internal voltage reference
Each channel consists of a Sample and Hold Amplifier,
SHA, a 7-bit Programmable Gain Amplifier, PGA, and
an 8-bit offset correction Digital to Analog Converter,
DAC. The PGA and offset DAC are programmed
independently allowing unique values of gain and
offset for the 4-channel analog inputs. The 4-channel
signals are routed to a 60MHz high performance
Analog to Digital Converter, ADC. The high
performance 16-bit A/D converter digital output is
available in 12-bit wide format. The internal registers
are programmed through a 4-wire serial interface for
gain, offset and operating mode adjustments.
