Description

The HD49812F is a CMOS IC that was developed as a digital signal-processing IC for CCD camera digital

signal processing systems.

Features

•

The HD49812F supports high system integration levels by providing TG, AE and AWB functions, and

other functions in a single chip. In conjunction with the HD49322BF (CDS/AGC & 10-bit A/D) it

forms a two chip kit that can implement an optimal CCD camera digital signal-processing system.

The HD49812F power supply voltage is reduced to 3 V for lower power consumption.

Expanded color signal bandwidth and the realization of 4:2:2/4:2:0 processing

The HD49812F can implement high-sensitivity, high image-quality systems by using software control

to adapt to the image sensors from various manufacturers.

The HD49812F performs independent white balance detection from the R-B and Mg-G axis. This

allows end products to handle a wide range of camera shooting conditions.

Color reproducibility has been increased by using a color axis conversion circuit.
