ROHM’s BU45xxxxx and BU46xxxxx series are highly
accurate, low current consumption voltage detector IC
series. Because the counter timer delay circuit is built-in,
an external capacitor for the delay time setting is
unnecessary. Two output types are available (Nch open
drain and CMOS output) and detection voltages are
2.3V, 2.4V, 2.6V, 2.9V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 4.0V, 4.2V with
fixed delay time of 200ms and 400ms, that may be
selected according to application.
