Parameters are measured at VDDA = 4.5V to 5.5V, RLOAD = 100Ω serial to CLOAD = 10nF, TA = +25ºC and are refering to VSSA, unless other-
wise specified. Typical values are listed for reference only and will not be tested.
All limits are guaranteed. The parameters with min and max values are guaranteed with production tests or SQC (Statistical Quality Control)
methods.
