²Resistor position nonlinearity error R-INL is the deviation from an ideal value measured between the maximum resistance and the minimum resistance wiper

positions. R-DNL measures the relative step change from ideal between successive tap positions. See the test circuit in Figure 38. I_W= 500 μA for V_DD= 3 V and

I_W= 2.5 mA for V_DD= 5 V for 1 kΩ version.
