BLOCK DIAGRAM

The WED7F324XE3SN is organized as a 4Mx32 ﬂash

module. The module is based on AMDs AM29LV033C -

4Mx8 Flash device in TSOP packages which are mounted

on an FR4 substrate.

allowing for operation of high-speed microprocessors

without wait states.

 Minimum 1 million write cycles guaranteed per sector

 Supports Common Flash Memory Interface (CFI)

 Erase Suspend/Erase Resume

 Suspends erase operations to allow

programming in same bank

 Data# Polling and Toggle Bits

 Provides a software method of detecting the

status of program or erase cycles
