DESCRIPTION
M38 TCXOs incorporate a hermetically sealed crystal designed to provide
a highly stable frequency source with the lowest possible phase-noise and
ageing. The EM38S TCXO has a 3 pin leaded package conforming to the
dimensions of 14 pin dual-in-line and incorporates a mechanical trimmer
for fine frequency adjustment. VEM38S packages are provided with 4 pins
for the purpose of electrical frequency tuning. Available with power supply
from 2.3 Volts to 5.5 Volts.
