This report details the design of an isolated Flyback converter for a wall mount adapter.

•

Uses TinySwitch TNY264P

Universal input voltage

Typical Efficiency 62 % at 400 mA load

Meets EN550022 Class B EMI tests with No Y capacitor

Very low earth leakage current

Meets tight CC over temperature with no thermistor
