Zero-Drift Operational Amplifiers

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

FEATURES

The single SGM8958-1 and dual SGM8958-2 are low

power, high precision CMOS operational amplifiers,

which can operate from 1.8V to 5.5V single supply or

from ±0.9V to ±2.75V dual power supplies, while

consuming only 165μA quiescent current per amplifier.

The SGM8958-1/2 support rail-to-rail input and output

operation. The input common mode voltage range is

from (-V_S) - 0.1V to (+V_S) + 0.1V, and the output range

is from (-V_S) + 0.005V to (+V_S) - 0.005V.

● Low Input Offset Voltage: 10μV (MAX)

● Low Noise: 0.3μV_P-Pat 0.1Hz to 10Hz

● Input Voltage Noise: 12nV/ Hz

● Slew Rate : 0.7V/μs

● Support Single or Dual Power Supplies:

● Small Packaging:

The SGM8958-1/2 are designed to provide optimal

performance in low voltage and low power systems.

They have high impedance inputs and zero-drift 10μV

(MAX) offset voltage. These specifications make

SGM8958-1 Available in Green SOT-23-5, SC70-5

and SOIC-8 Packages

SGM8958-1/2 appropriate for

wide range of

SGM8958-2 Available in Green SOIC-8 and

TDFN-3×3-8L Packages

applications requiring high precision, such as high

linearity driver of high precision ADC.

The SGM8958-1 is available in Green SOT-23-5,

SC70-5 and SOIC-8 packages. The SGM8958-2 is

available in Green SOIC-8 and TDFN-3×3-8L packages.

They are specified over -40℃ to +125℃ temperature

range.
