Over-Temperature Protection

The over-temperature protection function will turn off

the power MOSFET when the junction temperature

exceeds 150°C (minimum). Once the junction

temperature cools down by approximately 30°C, the

regulator will automatically resume operation. Or the

latch mode can be configured to use.

Dynamic Range Enhancement

The dynamic range enhancement which enhance the

dynamic range for the application. It will optimize the

noise when the operating.
