DESCRIPTION

FEATURES

The PT6552 is ½ duty dynamic LCD display driver. In

addition to being able to directly Drive LCD panels with

up to 90 segments, it can also control up to 4 general

purpose output ports. This product also includes a key

scan circuit that allows it to accept input from keypads

with up to 30 keys. This allows the end product front

panel wiring to be simplified.

Up to 30 key inputs (Key scan is only performed

when a key is pressed)

½ duty - ½ bias (up to 90 segments)

Serial data control sleep mode and the all

segments off function

Serial data controlled segment output

Serial data I/O supports CCB format

High generality since display data is displayed

directly without decoder intervention

Reset pin that can establish the initial state

Available in 64 pin QFP and 64 pin LQFP package
