Description

yy10 diﬀerential outputs with 2 banks

e PI6C49S1510A is a high performance fanout buﬀer device

which supports up to 1.5GHz frequency. It also integrates a

unique feature with user conﬁgurable output signaling standards

on per bank basis which provide great ﬂexibilities to users. e

device also uses Diodes' proprietary input detection technique to

make sure illegal input conditions will be detected and reﬂected

by output states. is device is ideal for systems that need to dis-

tribute low jitter clock signals to multiple destinations.

yyUser conﬁgurable output signaling standard for each bank:

LVDS or LVPECL or HCSL

yyLVCMOS reference output up to 200MHz

yyUp to 1.5GHz output frequency for diﬀerential outputs

yyUltra low additive phase jitter: < 0.02 ps (typ) (diﬀerential

156.25MHz,12KHzto20MHzintegrationrange);<0.01ps (typ)

(diﬀerential 156.25MHz, 10kHz to 1MHz integration range)

yySelectable reference inputs support either single-ended

or diﬀerential or Xtal

yyLow skew between outputs within banks (<40ps)

yyLow delay from input to output (Tpd typ. < 0.9ns)

yySeparate Input output supply voltage for level shiꢀing

yy2.5V / 3.3V power supply

yyIndustrial temperature support

yyTotally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)

yyHalogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)

yyFor automotive applications requiring speciﬁc change control

(i.e. parts qualiﬁed to AEC-Q100/101/200, PPAP capable, and

manufactured in IATF 16949 certiﬁed facilities), please contact
