1. General description
ESD protection device in an ultra-small DFN1110D-3 (SOT8015) leadless Surface-Mounted Device
(SMD) plastic package with side wettable flanks, designed to protect two automotive in-vehicle
network bus lines from the damage caused by Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) and other transients.
