When the ambient temperature exceeds 70°C, power dissipation must be adjusted according to the derating

curve below Fig.1.

When the terminal temperature exceeds rated terminal temperature, power dissipation must be adjusted

according to the derating curve below Fig.2.

（The measurement part of terminal temperature is fillet’s surface with load.）
