Descripꢀon:

TT Electronics manufactures and supplies a range of General Purpose Thermocouples. These thermocouples are

low cost, but are available in a variety of conﬁguraꢁons.

Please have a look at some of the opꢁons we oﬀer below, if you require something with a higher temperature

range, please have a look at our range of Mineral Insulated thermocouples here.

PTFE Insulated General Purpose Thermocouples

Covers temperatures ranging from -50 to 250ºC

General purpose exposed juncꢁon thermocouple consisꢁng of a PTFE insulated twisted pair of wires terminaꢁng

in a welded hot juncꢁon bead.

Fibre Glass Insulated General Purpose Thermocouples

Covers temperatures ranging from -50 to 400ºC

A general purpose exposed juncꢁon thermocouple with a wider temperature range than the PTFE insulated

sensor. Consisꢁng of a glass ﬁbre insulated pair of wires which terminate in a welded hot juncꢁon bead.

Washer Thermocouple

Covers temperature ranging from 0 to 350ºC

Washer thermocouples oﬀer a convenient and easy method of measuring surface temperatures. With a

grounded juncꢁon located on a washer for bolꢁng to the surface to be measured.
