Test conﬁgurations

Input Reﬂected Ripple Current Test Setup

Output Ripple and Noise Test Setup

Measure input reﬂected ripple current with a simulated

source inductance of 12µH. The measurement points for

input reﬂected ripple current is showed above.

Scope measurements should be made using a BNC socket,

with 220µF Tantalum capacitor and 2*47µF ceramic

capacitor. Position the oscilloscope between 51mm and

76mm (2 inch and 3 inch) from the module.
