DESCRIPTION

The U74AHC574 is a octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flops

with 3-state outputs, and it has 8 channels.

When the OE input is low, on the positive transition of the

clock (CLK) input, the Q outputs are set to the logic levels of the

data (D) inputs.

TSSOP-20

When the OE input is high, the outputs are in the

high-impedance.

To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power

down, OE should be tied to V_CCthrough a pull-up resistor; the

minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking

capability of the driver.

* Operate from 2V to 5.5V

* Max t_pdof 13.2 ns at at V_CC=3.3V, C_L=15pF

* Max I_CCof 4uA

* Typical V_OL< 0.36V at V_CC=4.5V, I_O=8mA, T_A=25°C

* Typical V_OH> 3.94V at V_CC=4.5V, I_O=-8mA, T_A=25°C
