FEATURES  
The MP2669 is a highly integrated, switch-  
mode, battery charge and system power-path  
management device designed for a single-cell  
Li-ion or Li-polymer battery for use in a wide  
range of portable applications.

To guarantee safe operation, the IC limits the  
die temperature to a preset value 120°C  
(default). The IC also provides other safety  
features, including input overltage protection  
(OVP), battery OVP, theshutdown, and  
battery temperature monitorig.
