Notes:

•

V_TEST= open for t_PLHand t_PHL.

C_L= 50 pF or equivalent (includes probe and jig capacitance).

R_L= 500 Ω or equivalent.

Input signal from pulse generator: V_IN= 0.0 V to V_CC; P_RR< 1 MHz; Z_O= 50 Ω; t_r< 3.0 ns; t_f< 3.0 ns; t_rand

t_fshall be measured from 10% of V_CCto 90% of V_CCand from 90% of V_CCto 10% of V_CC, respectively; duty

cycle = 50 percent.

•

Timing parameters shall be tested at a minimum input frequency of 1 MHz.

The outputs are measured one at a time with one transition per measurement.
