LNA + T/R Switch

Tuning Range: 2.4 to 6.0 GHz

Product Description

The GRF2581 front-end-module combines a high-

performance, low noise amplifier along with a high-

linearity, T/R switch for WLAN/ISM and other applica-

tions up to 6.0 GHz. The device exhibits outstanding

noise figure (NF) of 1.9 dB along with a high gain of ap-

proximately 13.5 dB at 5.5 GHz.

Features

The device is operated from a single positive supply of

2.7 to 5.0 V and uses an ultra-small 1.5 mm DFN-6

package.

Reference (LNA): 3.3V/15mA/5.5 GHz

• NF: 1.9 dB (Eval Board)

• RX Gain: 13.5 dB

Consult with the GRF applications engineering team for

custom tuning/evaluation board data and device s-

parameters.

• TX Loss: 0.90

• RX IP1dB: 2.4 dBm

• TX OP1dB: >24 dBm

• Flexible voltage: 2.7 to 5.0 volts

• Process: GaAs pHEMT
