General Description

Absolute Maximum Ratings

The CMM6027-SC is a high dynamic range amplifier

designed for applications operating within the 50 MHz to 4

GHz range.The combination of high output third order

intercept point, low noise figure and low bias point makes

this device ideal for many linear applications such as CDMA,

WCDMA and WiMAX.This device can also be tuned down in

frequency to cover CATV applications between 50 MHz and

850 MHz. Only single bias voltage supply is required to

operate the device.With 5V voltage supply, the

CMM6027-SC achieves 27 dBm of P1dB and 46 dBm of

OIP3.With 3.3V voltage supply the device delivers 23 dBm

of P1dB and 43 dBm of OIP3.The CMM6027-SC comes in an

RoHs compliant SOT-89 package.
