This product guarantees long life cycle in Industrial market. BD9E300UEFJ-LB(H2) is a synchronous buck switching regulator with built-in power MOSFETs. It is capable of an output current of up to 2.5A. It has a high oscillation frequency of 1MHz while using small inductance value. It is a current mode control DC/DC converter and features high-speed transient response. Phase compensation can also be set easily.This IC uses different production line against series model BD9E300EFJ-LB for the purpose of improving production efficiency. We recommend using this IC for your new development. Electric characteristics noted in Datasheet does not differ between Production Line.
