Features

• For general purpose applications.

• This diode features very low turn-on volt-

age and fast switching. This device is pro-

tected by a PN junction guard ring against

excessive voltage, such as electrostatic dis-

charges

• This diode is also available in the SOD123 case

with type designation BAT46W-V and in the

MiniMELF case with type designations LL46.
