4. Two identifier words may be selected. All Ai inputs are held low (V_IL), except A9, which is set to V_H, and A0, which is tog-

gled low (V_IL) to select the manufacturer’s identification word and high (V_IH) to select the device code word.

5. Standby V_CCcurrent (I_SB) is specified with V_PP= V_CC. V_CC> V_PPwill cause a slight increase in I_SB.
