Pin Number Pin Type

Description

Negative RF Supply Voltage. Ground reference point for VDDRF.

GND

Transmitter Positive Output. Analog Push/Pull Output of Power Amplifier for

positive amplitude. Output Impedance can be programmed to 12.5Ω or 25Ω.

Transmitter can be programmed to single ended or true-differential analog

outputs.

RF1OUT

RF2OUT

Transmitter Negative Output. Analog Push/Pull Output of Power Amplifier for

negative amplitude. Output Impedance can be programmed to 12.5Ω or 25Ω.

Transmitter can be programmed to single ended or differential analog outputs.

In single ended mode RF2OUT is connected to GND.

Negative RF Supply Voltage. Ground reference point for RF outputs and

inputs.

Receiver Positive Input. Positive analog input of differential Low Noise

Amplifier.

Receiver Negative Input. Negative analog input of differential Low Noise

Amplifier.

Negative RF Supply Voltage. Ground reference point for RF outputs and

inputs.

Not connected. Leave the pin floating.

Power On Reset output: Digital Output that indicates hardware reset of the

device.

POR

Reset Low: VDD > 1.35V

Not connected. Leave the pin floating.

Positive OTP Supply Voltage. 2.2V to 3.6V for operation mode. For fuse

mode apply a minimum supply voltage of 3.3V. Buffer capacitors of 10µF and

100nF are needed for fuse mode.
