1/ Stresses above the absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. Extended operation at the  
maximum levels may degrade performance and affect reliability.  
2/ The devices have been tested for Enhanced Low Dose Rate Sensitivity (ELDRS) in accordance with method 1019  
paragraph 3.13.1.1 of MIL-STD-883 initial qualification. No ELDRS was observed. The devices will be re-tested after  
design or process changes that can affect RHA response of these devices.  
3/ The measured neutrons to gamma ratio for the Fast Neutron, Irradiator facility at UMass, Lowell is 3.69 X 109 n/cm2 per  
rad(Si).  
4/ Single event performance is tested with minor transients only; no dropouts, shutdowns, latch up or burn out.
