GENERAL DESCRIPTION

FEATURES

The SGM48757 is a SPDT (single-pole/double-throw),

TTL/CMOS compatible analog switch. It operates from

a 1.8V to 5.5V single power supply.

● Single Supply Voltage Range: 1.8V to 5.5V

● On-Resistance: 1Ω (TYP) at 4.5V

● -3dB Bandwidth: 72MHz (TYP)

● High Off-Isolation: -38dB (TYP) at 10MHz

● Low Static Power

The SGM48757 features low on-resistance, low voltage

and high current. The high performances make it very

suitable for multiple applications, such as cellular

phones, computer peripherals, etc.

● TTL/CMOS Compatible

● Break-Before-Make Switching

● Rail-to-Rail Input and Output Operation

● -40℃ to +125℃ Operating Temperature Range

● Available in Green SC70-6, SOT-23-6 and

UTDFN-1.45×1-6AL Packages

The SGM48757 is available in Green SC70-6, SOT-23-6

and UTDFN-1.45×1-6AL packages. It supports -40℃

to +125℃ operating temperature range.
