Supply Voltage Supervisor with Reset Circuits

1 FEATURES

3 DESCRIPTIONS

The RS810 microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits

reduce the complexity and number of components

required to monitor power-supply and battery function

in µP systems. This device significantly improves

system reliability and accuracy compared to separate

ICs or discrete components.

Operating Voltage Range:1.2V to 5.5V

Low Power Consumption:50µA (Max)

Precision Supply-Voltage Monitor:

2.63V, 2.93V, 3.08V, 4.00V, 4.65V

Guaranteed RESET Valid at V_CC=1.2V

200ms Reset Pulse Width

•

These circuits perform a single function: they assert a

reset signal whenever the V_CCsupply voltage declines

below a preset threshold, keeping it asserted for at least

200ms after V_CChas risen above the reset threshold.

Reset thresholds suitable for operation with a variety of

supply voltages are available.

Push-pull, RESET Output

The RS810 have push-pull outputs. The RS810 has an

active-high RESET output. The reset comparator is

designed to ignore fast transients on V_CC, and the

outputs are guaranteed to be in the correct logic state

for V_CCdown to 1.2V.

Available in Green Package: SOT23
