RS2G126 Dual Bus Buffer Gate With 3-State Outputs

1 FEATURES

3 DESCRIPTIONS

The dual buffer is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V V_CC

operation. The RS2G126 device is dual line drivers

with 3-state output. The outputs are disabled when

the output-enable input is low.

Operating Voltage Range:1.65V to 5.5V

Low Power Consumption:1µA (Max)

Operating Temperature Range:

-40°C to +125°C

This device is fully specified for partial-power-down

applications using I_off. The I_offcircuitry disables the

outputs, preventing damaging current backflow

through the device when it is powered down.

Inputs Accept Voltage to 5.5V

±24mA Output Drive at V_CC=3.0V

ESD Protection Exceeds JESD 22

- 4000-V Human-Body Model (A114)

- 200-V Machine Model (A115)

- 1000-V Charged-Device Model (JS-002)

Latch-up Performance Exceeds 100mA

PACKAGE: MSOP-8, TSSOP-8

To ensure the high-impedance state during power up

or power down, OE should be tied to GND through a

pulldown resistor, the minimum value of the resistor is

determined by the current-sourcing capability of the

driver.

The RS2G126 is available in Green MSOP-8 and

TSSOP-8 package. It operates over an ambient

temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
