RS1G11 Single 3-Input Positive-AND Gate

1 FEATURES

3 DESCRIPTIONS

The RS1G11 single 3-input positive-AND gate is

designed for 1.65V to 5.5V V_CCoperation.

•

Operating Voltage Range:1.65V to 5.5V

Low Power Consumption:1µA (Max)

Operating Temperature Range:

-40°C to +125°C

The RS1G11 device contains three AND gates and

performs the Boolean function Y=A • B • C or

ꢀꢀꢀꢀꢀꢀꢀꢀꢀꢀꢀꢀꢀ

ꢀ

Y= A + B + C in positive logic. The device is fully

specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff.

The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing

damaging current backflow through the device when it

is powered down.

Inputs Accept Voltage to 5.5V

High Output Drive: ±24mA at V_CC=3.0V

Micro SIZE PACKAGES: SOT23-6,

SOT363(SC70-6)

The RS1G11 is available in Green SOT23-6 and

SOT363(SC70-6) packages. It operates over an

ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
