Peak Pulse Power 600W Breakdown Voltage 6.8 to 550V

Features

• Glass passivated junction

• Moisture sensitivity: level 1, per J-STD-020

• Low profile package with built-in strain relief for surface

mounted applications

• Excellent clamping capability and Fast response time

• 600 W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 µs waveform

• Polarity:Uni-directional

• Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition
