0.375” (9.5mm) lead length, 5lbs. (2.3 kg) tension

cathode, which is positive with respect to the anode under

normal TVS operation

For bi-directional devices, use suffix C or CA for types P6KE6.8 through types P6KE440 (e.g. P6KE6.8C, P6KE440CA).

Electrical characteristics apply in both directions.
