DESCRIPTION

The MPQ4322 is a configurable-frequency
(350kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous, step-down
switching converter with integrated internal high-
side and low-side power MOSFETs (HS-FET
and LS-FET, respectively). The device provides

variety of step-down applications in automotive
input environments. A 1μA shutdown current
(ISD) allows the device to be used in battery-
powered applications.
