DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The MPM3806 is an easy-to-use, fully
integrated, synchronous step-down power
module with a built-in inductor and power
MOSFETs. It can achieve up to 1A of continuous
output current (IOUT), with excellent load and line
regulation.

Increased Battery Life:
o 21μA Sleep Mode IQ
Constant-on-time (COT) control provides fast
transient response and eases loop stabilization.
Fault protections include cycle-by-cycle current
limiting and thermal shutdown. An open-drain
power good (PG) signal indicates that the output
voltage (VOUT) exceeds 90% of its nominal
voltage.

systems with constrained area.

readily available, standard external components,
and is available in

small QFN-15
