Description  
LinkSwitch-LP switcher ICs cost effectively replace all  
unregulatedisolatedlineartransformerbased(50/60Hz)power  
supplies up to 3 W output power. For worldwide operation, a  
singleuniversalinputdesignreplacesmultiple lineartransformer  
baseddesigns.Theself-biasedcircuitachievesanextremelylow  
no-load consumption of under 150 mW. The internal oscillator  
frequencyisjitteredtosignicantlyreducebothquasi-peakand  
average EMI, minimizing lter cost.
