mercury, hexavalent chromium, and specific bromine-based flame retardants, PBB and PBDE,

have not been used, except for exempted applications.

DGD3N series

The first, and one of the smallest, SAW duplexers

in the industry, with an SAW element highly

advanced in electric power handling

capability, integrated in a small,

strongly-built package.

The DGD3N series, which pushes the envelope of existing

technical limits, is avid for even smaller, lighter products, and an

enhanced product lineup to respond to your advanced needs for

the ever improving third-generation systems such as W-CDMA.

Using our original SAW electrode, a drastic

solution to the deterioration of electric power

handling capability issues - mainly caused by

the physical migration of microscopic elec-

trodes formed on the SAW element - was

provided for systems with a center frequency

of around 2GHz.

Newly developed aluminum single crystal SAW electrode

Mass-production methods for aluminum single

crystal high-definition electrodes, superb in

orientation, were established through our

original sputter process technology, using

original formation process materials for the

piezoelectric circuit. As a result, improved

electric power handling capability was

achieved (life duration of more than 10 years

with 15dBm input) than with conventional

alloyed polycrystal SAW electrodes.

Your needs for ever-evolving 2GHz band sys-

tems design, as well as 1Ghz band systems,

such as CDMA800, will be responded to with

high-duration/low-loss capabilities for more
