PRECISION 1.24 VOLT MICROPOWER VOLTAGE REFERENCE

DEVICE DESCRIPTION

FEATURES

The ZRA124 uses a bandgap circuit design to achieve a

precision m icropower voltage reference of 1.24 volts.

The device is available in a sm all outline surface m ount

packages, ideal for applications where space saving is

im portant.

• Typical T_C30ppm /°C

• Typical slope resistance 0.65⍀

• Ϯ 1% tolerance

The ZRA124 design provides a stable voltage without

an external capacitor and is stable with capacitive

loads. The ZRA124 is recom m ended for operation

between 50␮A and 5m A and so is ideally suited to low

power and battery powered applications.

• Industrial tem perature range

• Operating current 50␮A to 5m A

• No stabilising capacitor required

Excellent perform ance is m aintained to an absolute

m axim um of 25m A, however the rugged design and 20

volt processing allows the reference to withstand

transient effects and currents up to 200m A. Superior

switching capability allows the device to reach stable

operating conditions in only a few m icroseconds.
