Features

Outp ut volta ge is s e le c ta b le in 0.1V s te p s within a 2.4V ~ 6.0V

( ± 2.5% a c c ura cy) ra nge a nd switching fre q ue ncy is s e t a t

180kHz.

Input Voltage Range: 2.0V ~ 10V

Output Voltage Range: 2.4V ~ 6.0V ( ± 2.5% a c c ura cy)

Oscillation Frequency: 180KHz ( ± 15% a c c ura cy)

Output Current: m ore tha n 250m A (VIN=2.4V, VOUT=3.3V)
