Description

The X3117P is a highly efficient point-of-load DC/DC power module designed to deliver low voltages at high

currents in close proximity to loads. The X3117P integrates all the required active and passive components in a

single LGA package including a synchronous buck PWM controller, driver circuits and low Rds_ONMOSFETs. This

high level of integration reduces the need for multiple external components, allowing for very small board area

occupied by the complete solution. Two phase power train, remote enable, fast transient response and

programmable soft start are just a few of the integrated features that minimize cost and time to market.
