Dual Output AMOLED Bias

Descriptions

The WD3102CA is a highly integrated boost, LDO, and

inverting charge pump which generates positive and

negative output voltage. The negative output voltages

range from -0.6 V to -2.4 V with 100 mV steps by

SWIRE interface protocol. The part maintains the

highest efficiency by using a -0.33x/-0.5x mode

fractional charge pump with automatic mode transition.

With its input voltage range of 2.5 V to 4.6 V, the

WD3102CA is optimized for products powered by a

single-cell battery and the output current up to 60 mA

（V_OP- V_ONOutput Voltage Accuracy ±1.5%）, up to

100 mA（V_OP- V_ONOutput Voltage Accuracy ±2%）.

The WD3102CA is available in a CSP-15L package.

Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.
