VPW 3487 Magnetron Modulator

Features:

S RF Output Power: 150 kW to 250 kW peak

power, depending upon magnetron chosen.

S Duty Cycle: .001 maximum

S Pulsewidth: Four selectable pulsewidths from

0.25ꢀSec to 2.0ꢀSec

S Input Power: 220 VAC, Single Phase, 50/60 Hz

S Control: Remote -- discrete signals

S Cooling: Forced air from integral fan.

S Size: Two enclosures, not including magnetron.

Each approximately 13” wide x 9” high x 17.5”

deep

Description:

Magnetron modulator with solid state switch

technology capable of operating magnetrons of all

frequencies and from 150 kW to 250 kW in power.

Fully integrated supply with filament, high voltage,

modulator, and front panel control circuits.

S Weight: 115 lbs, total both enclosures; 80 lbs

and 35 lbs.

S Fully compatible CPI magnetrons are available

at all frequencies.
