Description
The US1NWFQ is an automotive-compliant rectifier in the SOD123F
package. The device is ideal as a boost diode in power factor
correction circuitry, and for use in secondary rectification and
freewheeling for AC-AC and DC-DC converters in high-temperature
conditions.
