General Description
The uP1637 is an 6/5/4/3/2/1-phase PWM controller Selectable 6/5/4/3/2/1-Phase Operation by
specifically designed to provide high-precision output
voltage system for next generation GPUs. The uP1637
works with tables which programed by I2C. The controller

Voltage Adjustment
The uP1637 adopts continuous DCR current sensing for
load line programming and channel current balance. The
uP1637 also provides accurate and reliable over current
protection, over voltage protection and a delayed power
good output. The uP1637 includes an I2C interface,
allowing the controller to communicate with other devices.
Signals sent over the I2C bus can command the uP1637
to adjust output voltage, switching frequency and operating
phase number in different load current state.
