DESCRIPTION
The µPD780053, 780054, 780055, 780056, and 780058 are members of the µPD780058 Subseries in the 78K/0
Series. Compared to the conventional type, the µPD78054 Subseries, in these microcontrollers the Electro Magnetic
Interference (EMI) noise generated internally has been reduced. Also provided is an 8-bit resolution A/D converter,
8-bit resolution D/A converter, timers, a serial interface, real-time output ports, an interrupt function, and various other
peripheral hardware.
A flash memory version that can operate in the same supply voltage range as the mask ROM version, the
µPD78F0058, and a range of development tools are also available.
