Radial Lead Resettable Polymer PTCs
UN600 Series
Description
The UN600 Series is designed to protect against power fault
events typically found in telecom applications. This series is
designed to be used in applications that need to meet the
requirements of GR-1089-CORE and UL60950 / EN60950 /
IEC60950. These resettable devices also help to meet the
requirements of ITU K.20, K.21 and K.44.

I hold= Hold current: maximum current device will pass without tripping in 25°C still air.
I trip= Trip current: minimum current at which the device will trip in 25°C still air.
V maxi= Maximum voltage that can be safely placed across a device in its tripped state under specified fault conditions.
I max= Maximum fault current device can withstand without damage at rated voltage (Vmax
Pdtyp.= Power dissipated from device when in the tripped state at 25°C still air.
R min= Minimum resistance of device in initial (un-soldered) state.
)
R max= Maximum resistance of device in initial (un-soldered) state.
R 1max= Maximum resistance of device at 25°C measured one hour after tripping.
Caution: Operation beyond the specified rating may result in damage and possible arcing and flame.
