Low-Current Superhet Remote Control Receiver

Description

The U4313B is a monolithic integrated circuit in bipolar lock-, alarm or telecontrol remote indication systems.

technology for low-current UHF remote control super- Especially for automotive applications it supports a

heterodyne receivers in amplitude- or frequency- superhet design with less than 1 mA total current

modulated mode. Typical applications are keyless car consumption, as required by the car manufacturers.
