• 8-channel external bus controller

The TX4937 MIPS RISC microprocessor

is a highly integrated ASSP solution

based on the Toshiba TX49/H3

• 32-bit/66 MHz PCIC

Rev 2.2 supports up to

4 PCI devices

• 32-bit PCI controller (32-bit 33/66 MHz)

• 8-channel direct memory access (DMA)

controller (4-channel are for ACLC)

processor core, a 64-bit MIPS I, II, III

Instruction Set Architecture (ISA)

• 2-channel serial I/O port

• Pin compatible with

TMPR4927ATB

compatible with additional instructions.

The TX4937 has integrated peripherals

such as SDRAM memory controller, PCI

controller, PIO, AC-Link, UART and

timer. This class of product is targeted

for applications that require a high-

performance and cost-effective solution

such as networking and printers.

• 3-channel timer/counter

• AC-Link (AC97 interface)

• Low-power consumption (Typ. 1.5W)
