General Description  
Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor with FPU, Operation frequency: 1 to 80 MHz.  
LQFP64 10x10mm 0.5mm pitch  
LQFP64 14x14mm 0.8mm pitch  
LQFP48 7x7mm 0.5mm pitch  
LQFP44 10x10mm 0.8mm pitch  
LQFP32 7x7mm 0.8mm pitch  
Operation voltage: 2.7 to 5.5 V

Package: 32-pin to 64-pin. 5 types of packages are available.  
Hardware IPs such as A-VE+, 12-bit ADC, and A-PMD are provided for implementation of
